Our 2024 Brother From Another Mother is a co-ferment of Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley and Nebbiolo from the Columbia River Gorge. This vintage skews lighter and especially gluggable, the kind of bottle that can somehow disappear while you’re making dinner. It’s vibrant, lifted, and very much in the spirit of what BFAM is supposed to be: wildly drinkable, but still clearly real wine.
Aromatically it gives tart cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, pomegranate, and red currant, layered with dried hibiscus, orange peel, and that savory Nebbiolo undertow of dried herbs and a touch of leather. The palate is juicy and energetic, with sour cherry, raspberry, blood orange, and cracked pepper riding over fine dusty tannins and bright acidity.
